Amrita oversaw a team of 60+ strategists, guiding brand development with clarity and precision. Hayley led a national team of 80+ designers, bringing bold creative thinking and visual storytelling to the forefront of agent and development marketing.

Before Compass, Amrita helped lead campaigns for major players in tech like Google, Airbnb, and Samsung, where big ideas met even bigger scale. Hayley came up through fashion, spending over a decade overseeing creative at Stuart Weitzman, shaping luxury narratives with elegance and edge.

Matter is the product of their combined fluency across industries—fashion, tech, and real estate—all distilled into one studio.
